We have tried to sell the van privately and have had lots of interest and the site want to charge 15% + vat on any sale, which we understand is the norm and is set Selling my StaticCaravan out in our contract but the site have also said that they will charge any purchaser an extra year on top of usual ground rent if they want to stay onsite.
